Randy Kelly
Sr. Advisor - USN SEAL
Randy Kelly was a U.S. Navy SEAL sniper with combat tours in Iraq and other hotspots, departing the Navy in 2005 after 11 years in service. He founded Red Tail Corporation, a specialized defense company providing surveillance, awareness training and equipment to the US and international Special Operations commands. From 2012-2015, he designed and built a specialized preparedness training company that looked at preparedness as a science and practice. More recently, he just launched a book with his business partner in August 2017. The book “Driven” is about the genetics, psychology, and environmental factors that “highly-driven” people such as entrepreneurs, Special Operations Forces, and elite athletes are subject to and what they can do about it. From 2017-2019 Randy worked on the largest construction project globally (at the time), providing Operations and Supply Chain science consulting to executives at Chevron and Exxon. Currently he is building a new startup providing trusted technology and small drones to the US Military.
Randy has an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and currently resides in San Diego, CA, with his wife and two children.
